Local MMA standout and Marc Fiore protege, Dustin Jacoby (6-0), will now be facing a new opponent at UFC 137. With brawler Brad Taveres out with an injury, DJ will be taking on fellow UFC newcomer Clifford Starks (7-0) of the Arizona Combat Sports team.
I didn’t want to bother Dustin right now as he was traveling to Vegas today (Tuesday) and has been doing a myriad of other interviews. So, instead, I thought I’d include a few links to some of the press attention he’s been receiving.

Below is a picture of Dustin working the corner for training partner Brian Foster at CCCW 7 Oct. 15th, alongside Fiore MMA Coaches Marc Fiore and Rick Drago. Brian will be returning the favor this Saturday in Vegas, along with Head Coach Marc Fiore and Dustin’s brother Darren – who has cornered him for all of his fights.
